Wisconsin has a proud tradition of progressive education. That tradition continues in the Northcentral Technical College (NTC) District, which includes 24 K-12 school districts as well as several private and charter schools. The College works closely with these schools as well as many others that lie outside of the College's district.
NTC is proud to partner with its local K-12 school districts, area businesses and district Chambers of Commerce as part of the North Central Wisconsin School-to-Career Partnership, a collaboration that offers programs and activities focusing on the academic, technical and life skills that business and education deem necessary for our youth’s future.
In addition, the Wausau metropolitan area has three institutions of higher learning including the University of Wisconsin-Marathon County, Upper Iowa University and NTC. The College is also within an hour’s drive of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which is just one of the many 4-year college’s NTC has articulation agreements with. |
