Northcentral Technical College initiated the Leadership
Institute for all of its employees in June 2002
as an opportunity for NTC employees to gain leadership
attributes in a relaxing setting. Leadership Institute
participants meet and interact with other members of
the NTC community, as well
as
local, regional and
national
educational
and political leaders. |
As part of the 4 ½ day retreat in scenic Boulder
Junction, Wisconsin, participants examine the issues
and challenges facing the technical college system and
strengthen their leadership skills to meet those challenges.
Approximately 20 participants representing all areas
and locations of the College:
- Engage in pre-institute learning sessions
- Experience the Leadership Institute Summer Retreat
- Participate in thought-provoking book discussions
- Champion a project that strengthens the NTC Community
