As of January 1, 2005, there is a $5 fee per copy for official transcripts of your Northcentral Technical College academic record (same day requests for transcripts are $10 per copy). By federal law, transcripts cannot be released to anyone without prior written authorization from the student. Therefore, telephone requests cannot be honored. Transcripts are processed within 3-5 days of request.
 
To order your transcript in person at the Wausau Campus:
  • Complete the transcript form with signature in Student Services.
  • Pay for transcript by check, credit card, or cash ($5 per copy).
Transcripts While You Wait:
  • Transcripts excluding any technical problems, can be produced while you wait for an additional charge ($10 per copy).
 (*Most colleges/universities require transcripts in a sealed envelope.)
 
To order an official transcript through the mail or fax:
  • Please print the form below
  • Fill it out completely and make sure to sign it
  • Mail the form to the above address or fax to 715.301-2903
  • Payment must accompany all requests for official transcripts
    • Credit Card information must be included on requests that are faxed to the college
    • Check or credit card information must be included in requests mailed to the college.

Were you unable to access the above form? Please write a letter with the following information:
  • Your full name (include all former or maiden name).
  • Your address and your daytime & cell phone numbers.
  • Date of birth.
  • Dates of attendance at NTC.
  • Student identification number and/or your Social Security number.
  • Complete address to where you want your transcript(s) sent. Clearly identify the number of copies of official transcripts you are requesting.
  • Include credit card information or a check for $5 per copy requested.
  • Your dated signature (required).
AN IMPORTANT NOTE: If NTC has placed a "hold" on your student record or you have a past due balance, the hold must be cleared/balance paid before we can process your request for a transcript.

 

 

Unofficial Transcripts

You can get an unofficial transcript by going to myNTC. There is NO CHARGE for an unofficial transcript.
