Requests for use of Northcentral Technical college facilities can only be accepted during times when the college is open for business.
Users requesting the use of Northcentral Technical College facilities must have a College staff member present on campus during the entire time the activity(ies) is conducted.
Users and/or his/her representatives must observe all health, fire and safety rules of Northcentral Technical College, the State of Wisconsin, and the federal government while on the property of Northcentral Technical College.
All proposed users must affirm on the rental contract that they do not discriminate with respect to membership in their organization or admission to the proposed use on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex, handicap, age, marital status, sexual orientation or political affiliation.
Users shall adhere to all Northcentral Technical College policies and procedures. Specific offenses strictly prohibited include, but are not limited to:

Conduct that constitutes a serious danger to the personal safety of other members of the College’s community.

Physical or verbal abuse, threats, intimidation, harassment or detention of any person on Northcentral Technical College property that endangers the health, safety or rights of others.

Conduct that damages or destroys the College’s property or attempts to damage or destroys the College’s property.

Conduct that obstructs, impairs, or attempts to obstruct or impair College-run or authorized activities.

Unauthorized entry into or use of the College’s property or facilities

Making a knowingly false statement, orally or in writing, to any Northcentral Technical College employee.

Use, possession, sale or distribution of narcotics, illegal drugs, firearms, explosives or dangerous chemicals on the College-owned property.

Smoking in designated areas only.

Use or distribution of alcoholic beverages.
