Design Thinking is an iterative process that is used to understand customers, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test. Involving five phases—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test—it is most useful to tackle problems that are ill-defined or unknown.

During this workshop you will learn to apply the Design Thinking Process to design/re-design products, services, systems or experiences to innovate and create solutions that are tailor-made to suit your customers' needs. This will be an in person workshop with hands-on examples and activities.

WHAT WILL WE DO?
