First time leaders are those that have done well in a basic job and been promoted, finished some sort of school or course and now looking to start leading in that field, trying to make a little more money and move up to the manager position to do so or simply in the job already and trying to do it better.  Whatever motivates you to take on a leadership role for the first time the most important skill for you to learn is how to communicate with those you are now leading.  This course will teach you about yourself and how you interact and communicate with your subordinates and your supervisors.  It will also teach you about your leadership styles and what can make or break your smaller piece of the business pie.
