| GOALS: The CASS program provides a means of reaching and uplifting socio-economically disadvantaged but talented people from Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, as well as increasing the number of current and future leaders of these nations with a positive learning experience in the United states. The CASS program strives for all participants to be responsible, educated, multicultural-minded, professional, and committed. |

Community Connections (CC)

| GOALS: The CC Program is designed to promote public diplomacy through the exchange of cultural ideas and values among participants, U.S. families and local community host organizations. It seeks to establish and strengthen links between the U.S. and the countries of the former Soviet Union. Community Connections will focus on business, particularly entrepreneurship, and other professional themes determined by USAID to be important to these emerging democracies. |

GOALS: The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange (CBYX) for Young Professionals is a scholarship program with a strong focus on cultural exchange. It is designed to give participants understanding for everyday life, education, and professional training in Germany and the United States. The CBYX for Young Professionals program is intended primarily for young adults in business, technical, vocational, and agricultural fields though applicants from all fields are encouraged to apply.

Eurasian Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD)

| GOALS: The UGRAD Program provides opportunities for first-, second-, and third-year undergraduate students from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan for one year of full-time, non-degree study in the United States. First-year students will attend two-year community colleges and live in campus housing (dormitories) or with host families where they will benefit in daily cultural exchange with their host families. |
