The Institute of International Education (IIE) is accepting
applications for the 2005-2006 National Security Education
Program (NSEP) Boren Undergraduate Scholarships for
study abroad. The 2005-2006 scholarships provide funding
for summer, semester, or yearlong study in areas of
the world that are critical to U.S. national security,
but are underrepresented in study abroad.
IIE encourages students to apply online for the NSEP
scholarship opportunity.
Note: Freshman and sophomores are eligible for Fall
2005 and Spring 2006 Study Abroad Scholarships.

THE BENJAMIN A. GILMAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP Program
provides opportunities for students with demonstrated
financial need who wish to study
abroad. Sponsored by the US Department of State
Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and administered
by the Institute of International Education, this program
provides awards of up to $5,000 for US citizen undergraduate
students at two- and four-year institutions to pursue
semester or academic-yearlong study abroad opportunities
