NTC students have access to services through a partnership with Peaceful Solutions Counseling
. Peaceful Solutions will provide NTC students with the opportunity to meet with a counselor/therapist for up to eight sessions on the NTC main campus, or via phone/videoconferencing from the main campus to the regional campuses. All services will be provided by Master's level licensed mental health therapists Amy Ostrem or Brenda Schultz.

Peaceful Solutions accepts and submits claims to most private insurance plans and medical assistance should students wish to extend services beyond three sessions. Students without insurance may be eligible for services on a sliding fee scale.
If students need personal or mental health counseling, they can call the appointment receptionist at 715.803.1797. Students will be required to show their NTC ID when checking in for services. A 24-hour notice is required if a student needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Simply by dialing 2-1-1, people are linked to information about local resources, from both government and nonprofit organizations. From the single mother seeking food for her children to the senior citizen looking for in-home care, 2-1-1 brings people and community resources together.
