The Dairy Science Associate Degree program is accepting applications for the Fall 2011 semester. This program provides practical, hands-on learning opportunities by exposing students to a variety of leading-edge farm production models such as grazing and confinement. In addition, the program provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to build successful value-added agricultural enterprises.

 

 

 

 

Students in the Dairy Science program will develop the skills and values required to develop sustainable agricultural systems which conserve our soil, water and genetic resources.

 

Dairy Science students participate in both classroom and hands-on activities at the Agriculture Center of Excellence - collaborative project with Dairyland State Academy, is located just north of Wausau and the NTC campus on County Road K in the Town of Maine.
