Sat: 7 a.m. - 12 p.m.

 

The student help desk provides support services to students who are enrolled at NTC. Our focus is to ensure that all online students get the help needed to complete their courses through SkillSoft (CBTs) or Blackboard. 

After Hours Help Desk
We have partnered with Dynamic Campus to provide after hours Help Desk support to NTC students and employees. All after hours support will be routed to an off site call center. NTC Help Desk will process any after hours issues the following business day.
