Clubs are strongly encouraged to first submit the Club Event Planning Form.
The SGA Base Funding Criteria Rubric outlines the criteria and point system that will be used to evaluate the base criteria for allocating club funding. The Student Club Handbook outlines maxiumum per person per trip guidelines.
Please do not include advisor(s) within cost or participants numbers. Advisor costs should be factored into the Club Advisor Travel Funding Request as submitted by the club advisor.
