Fri: 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Sat: 7:30 a.m. - 12 p.m.
After Hours Help Desk
We have partnered with Dynamic Campus to provide after hours Help Desk support to NTC students and employees. All after hours support will be routed to an off site call center. NTC Help Desk will process any after hours issues the following business day. You can also submit a detailed ticket online instead which will be handled more efficiently as the correct technician will receive it the following day with more accurate information.

To file an incident ticket, go to myhelpdesk.ntc.edu and fill out a ticket.
The help desk provides support services to students who are enrolled at NTC. Our focus is to ensure that all online students get the help needed to complete their courses through SkillSoft (CBTs) or Blackboard.
