The goal of Northcentral Technical College’s Mentoring Program is to link a student seeking advice or support with a peer who serves as a “go to” person. The program is voluntary and designed to be a one-on-one relationship between two NTC students for a semester. The Mentoring Program at NTC focuses its efforts on providing guidance, resources, and other tools to help student mentors and mentees build an effective, productive relationship. For more details on the NTC Mentoring Program, view the presentation.
