The splash towers located in Merrill, Medford, Phillips and Antigo are designed to help train and keep firefighters proficient in ladder operations. These splash towers can be used for training in ventilation operations by being able to place ladders on the structure, and placing roof ladders on the roof. They can also be used for training in second or third story rescue operations.
