Healthy Body Tune Up

Does your body need a healthy tune up? Participate in this fun-filled wellness challenge and earn points for physical activity, nutrition, stress reduction and other aspects of wellness. Complete the challenge for a chance to win one of twelve $25 NTC Bookstore gift cards.

30 Days of Holiday Wellness

  • December 1-30
  • Registration begins Monday, November 17

The holiday season is filled with family, friends, cheer and food; don't let it derail your healthy goals. Keep on track with daily wellness tasks. Complete at least 24 days successfully to be eligible for a chance to win one of twelve $25 NTC Bookstore gift cards.

This challenge focuses on improving all aspects of self-wellness by encouraging participants to complete daily wellness tasks. Complete at least 24 tasks to qualify for a chance to win one of twelve $25 NTC Bookstore gift cards.

The 56er

  • April 6-May 3
  • Registration begins Monday, March 30

Did you know walking is considered the easiest and most affordable type of physical activity? If you walked or jogged 2 miles each day for 28 days, it would equal 56 miles. In this challenge, participants track their walking or jogging mileage each day to achieve 56 miles in 4 weeks. NTC students and employees who complete the challenge have a chance to win one of twelve $25 NTC Bookstore gift cards.
