Participate in wellness challenges throughout the school year to develop healthy lifestyle habits and for a chance to earn prizes.

The 56er

Did you know walking is considered the easiest and most affordable type of physical activity? If you walked or jogged 2 miles each day for 28 days, it would equal 56 miles. In this challenge, participants track their walking or jogging mileage each day to achieve 56 miles in 4 weeks. NTC students and employees who complete the challenge have a chance to win one of twelve $25 NTC Bookstore gift cards.
