Northcentral's lender list is reviewed on a yearly basis. The following are criteria on whiich we base our selection:

• History of volume (dollars and numbers) of student loans processed for Northcentral
• Availability of borrower benefits
• Participate in EFT (electronic funds transfer) processing
• Service provided by customer service center and lender represenatative
• Seamless processing (we we have two credit unions on our lender list which require membership)
• Ability to work with Great Lakes Higher Education

In order to receive funds from a credit union you must be a member. Contact your credit union for more informaiton about membership.
