Students enrolled in courses at Northcentral Technical College need to pay fees or demonstrate financial aid eligibility by designated deadline dates. The Cashier’s Office will bill an agency such as Forward Service, CEP, TAA, WIA or Dislocated Workers if the student is receiving an agency grant, once the necessary “purchase order” is received at NTC. All students registering for less than 3 credits must pay tuition and fees at the time of registration (unless eligible for financial aid).
A student taking three credits or more for the Fall, Spring or Summer semesters must pay tuition by the semester’s tuition due date.
Students have the option of utilizing a variety of methods for payment of fees, including cash, check, money order or credit card. In addition NTC now offers the FACTS payment plan as a convenient means to pay charges. If you would like more information on the FACTS payment plan please click on the link below:

Students who have not established eligibility for financial aid need to pay course fees by the tuition due date. Once the financial aid processing is complete, the eligible student will be funded from the date of class enrollment.
Tuition Due Date
If you are taking three or more credits, tuition is due 30 days before the first day of class each semester.
Please note: Financial aid eligible students will have payment deferred until financial aid is applied to student accounts.
Deferments
A deferment is automatically processed if a student’s financial aid covers tuition and fees. Stafford loans must be certified and approved by the Financial Aid Office to be used for tuition deferment. If the financial aid package does not cover tuition and fees, it is the student’s responsibility to pay the remaining balance by the tuition due date.
