At Northcentral Technical College, we realize that our students are not in school, they’re in life! As a result, our goal is to provide the best learning experience possible that will leave our students feeling inspired, connected and strengthened
Experience NTC
Northcentral Technical College (NTC), established in 1912, is one of 16 public, two-year colleges in the Wisconsin Technical College System. We provide vocational/occupational education and training for the residents of our 10-county service “District” in north central Wisconsin. The NTC District is a locally governed, public higher education institution that is community-based, financed with local property tax,
tuition, fees, and state and federal appropriations. A 2001 socioeconomic study indicated the existence of NTC accounts for $117 million worth of annual earnings in the District geographical area.
NTC builds a competitive workforce in a global society by inspiring, connecting and strengthening its customers as they pursue lifelong learning.
Our vision: “Northcentral Technical College is the college of choice, anticipating and exceeding customers’ expectations with excellence.”
We believe that our culture reflects our core values, operating principles, and core abilities. These are the beliefs and practices that are unique and that have been a part of NTC's past, present, and future.
