Who is Eligible?

A citizen or national of the United States that is currently enrolled (part or full-time) at NTC, or accepted for enrollment in the next academic term.

A student who has a need for academic support.

The student must also meet one of the following criteria:

• Be a first generation college student (neither parent may have graduated with a four-year degree;
  a two-year degree is permissible).
• Qualify as a low income individual.
• Be an individual with a disability.
