Dance of the Porcupines - Resolving Conflict the Right Way
Relating to prickly people and situations is a lot like dancing with porcupines. It is difficult, to say the least. Dan Esterline suggests that relating is a delicate art that requires a knowledge of different conflict management styles. Is conflict natural? Normal? Good? or Bad? Conflict simply IS! It can turn into painful or disastrous ends, but it doesn't need to. How we understand conflict, work through our differences, and come to reasonable resolution is the subject of this seminar, which will be held on December 11 and 18. Class is available at all NTC campuses. Cost $99.
