- Prerequisites:10-316-100 SANITATION FOR FOOD SERVICE OPS, 10-316-101 CULINARY FUNDAMENTALS and 10-316-102 BAKING FUNDAMENTALS. Condition: Accepted into the Culinary Arts Associate Degree program, or with Dean approval.
