Units include professional kitchen operation, recipe terminology, culinary math and cooking techniques for various food categories. In addition, careers in the culinary industry are explored; including professionalism, ethics and etiquette.
Condition: Accepted into the Culinary Arts Associate Degree program, or with Dean approval.
