This hands-on course will show you the many different ways to make yummy gnocchi. We will explore three different types of gnocchi (potato, ricotta, and squash) and each gnocchi recipe will be paired with a traditional sauce and variation. You will even have the chance to take the gnocchi you prepare home - we will package it up for you! Come hungry as this class will have samples.
