Healthy eating comes from both healthy cooking and good meal prep to avoid snacks and eating out. We will work through several delicious and healthy recipes, including crunchy baked chicken, creative vinaigrettes for salads and marinades, vegetable prep for easy meal and using a rice maker and other fresh, quick and healthy meal options.
