Prerequisite: 10-316-101 CULINARY FUNDAMENTALS. Pre/Corequisite:10-316-107 NUTRITION. Cond:Accepted into the Culinary Arts Associate Degree program or Culinary Assistant Technical Diploma, or with Dean approval.
