Description

This class will teach you how to use easy store bought ingredients as the basis of delicious casseroles. By using the time honored chef tradition of ‘tszujing’, you will join us in making fantastic family meals.

We demo and sample roasted broccoli with cheesy chicken wild rice pilaf, crunchy baked meatball cavatappi, sausage and spinach brunch stratta , roasted cauliflower au gratin and caramel apple cobbler. Menu will change regularly as we discover new awesomeness. Also learn how to cool, store and reheat your creations safely.
