Description
Introduces PLC hardware setup, software applications and system configuration. Basic industrial control problems are solved using Bit Based Instructions. Various kinds of sensors and other input devices will be applied to the PLC. Output devices will be controlled by the PLC.
Pre/Corequisites: 10-620-153 MACHINE CONTROL 3: SENSORS AND MACHINE SAFETY. Condition: Enrollment in the Electromechanical Technology Associate Degree, Automation Systems Technology Associate Degree, Industrial Electronics and Maintenance Technician Technical Diploma, or Electrical Maintenance Certificate.
