MANAGING CHANGE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Applies change management strategies from the perspective that learners will one day be a stakeholder involved in some aspect of managing change. The structure of the course will involve experiencing the stages and activities of change management, as well as utilizing the various tools, techniques and approaches that professional change manager’s use in the 21st Century. Change initiatives will involve actual participation in developing change activities to apply to a real world scenario. The planned change project drives the majority of the written work in the course.
