Examines the Logistics Management function of supply chain management that plans, implements, and controls the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet customers’ requirements. Learners will examine practical management perspective of the following areas of Logistics: order management, distribution, transportation, international logistics, inventory control, facility location, sustainable logistics practices, key performance indicators and supply chain finance.
