This workshop sets out to understand change, how to manage it, and help others manage change. Through understanding the process of change, you will have an opportunity to improve how you manage and deal with change. You will also examine how mindset and identity contribute to dealing with change. Then, you will have a chance to review several tools dealing with change management. This is a one-hour workshop with activities, challenges, and interactive exercises.
