This 12 week certificate program will provide learners a foundational understanding of the unique issues faced when managing and operating a non-profit organization. This course is designed for those who work or wish to work in a non-profit setting, particularly for those in management and leadership roles. This program consists of six individual modules: Effective Non-Profit Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness, Non-Profit Operations Management, Fundraising Fundamentals, Capital Campaigns, Grants, and Planned Giving, and Human Resources Essentials.
