Discusses how just as organizational structure can be thought of as an organization’s skeleton, organizational culture can be thought of as its personality because it influences the way employees behave. The impact of technology and innovation on organizational culture is explored. Learners identify how effective organizations manage their culture to improve and maximize performance.
