Program Description

The Service Sector Supply Chain Management certificate is designed for learners entering a service sector supply chain career or those already working in the field that want to further develop their skills. Learners will develop the skills to improve efficiency and effectiveness of information flow and customer relationships (both external and internal) to achieve high levels of customer service. Focusing on eliminating virtual and physical bottlenecks, reducing duplicated approval loops and handoffs, and other intangible delays to deliver a high quality, lower-cost service to the customer when needed. This certificate fully ladders into NTC’s Supply Chain Management Associate Degree program. Potential occupations include: Customer Service Representative, Store Manager, Sales Representative, Customer Service Assistant, and Customer Service Manager.
