Create, Explore, and Discover

Create, explore and discover the excitement of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) through a variety of fun, educational activities that are expected to “WOW!” during this two-day event.
The STEM road show is hosted at NTC and run by volunteers and the Michigan Technological University’s Mind Trekkers team, which consists of undergrad and graduate students. Mind Trekkers will guide those who attend through fun, hands-on experiments and many more, including shooting a ping pong ball through a soda can, making ice cream in 60 seconds and suspending a magnet in mid-air with no strings attached.
Thousands of area 6th & 7th grade students are expected to attend on Friday, September 21, 2018.
On Saturday, September 22, NTC will open its doors to the public from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. so everyone can experience the Central Wisconsin Science & Engineering Festival free-of-charge.
