This workshop provides attendees with current information on drug trends, an understanding of addiction and its effects on wellness as a whole, pathways to recovery and treatment options, and will also provide an overdose prevention training.  This workshop is intended for foster parents, social workers and social services providers who work in foster care.

Target Audience

This training will be directed towards foster parents,  and social workers and social services providers who work with foster care.

Location

The speakers will be presenting live from the  Wausau campus's Conference Center, and a live feed will be broadcast to the Antigo, Medford, Phillips and Spencer campuses.

Cancellation Policy

An attendee must notify NTC of a cancellation prior to the beginning of the event in order to have fees removed or a refund issued. Attendees who do not attend without notifying Continuing Education will be responsible for payment of all course fees and will not be eligible for a refund.
