During this event students will compete at NTC to test their information technology (IT) knowledge and skills and also learn what a career in information technology can offer in central Wisconsin. There will be three exciting events to compete in that will test your skill and knowledge in the areas of web design, computer programming and computer support.
Web Design
In this project, students will demonstrate their basic knowledge of HTML coding techniques through the creation of a basic web page. Students will also style the web pages using various CSS properties.
Computer Programming
In this project, teams of students will demonstrate their knowledge of programming through a JavaScript, HTML/CSS and debugging activity.
Computer Support
In this project, students will demonstrate their basic knowledge of computer support through their understanding of computer components, component functionality, and troubleshooting.
