Kevin Hines, who at age 19 attempted to take his life by jumping from the Golden Gate Bridge, chronicles the impact of his suicide attempt on others and his work as a mental health advocate since that time. This film is part of a global mission to help reduce the number of suicides and suicide attempts around the world. Through sharing stories of survival and recovery Kevin and his team are creating significant awareness of this health crisis, while helping people find the support they need to stay alive, heal and #BeHereTomorrow!

Join us for collaborative watching and discussion surrounding this award-winning documentary. Suicide: The Ripple Effect begins at 4:30 p.m. in CHS 1004. Runtime is 93 minutes with thoughtful discussion to follow.
