Job Methods Training provides a system to produce greater quantities of quality products in less time by making the best use of the people, machines, and materials currently available.  JM yields significant benefits including reduced cost through productivity gains, increased throughput, and reduced work in process.

Job Safety Training (JS)

Job Safety training (JS) is focused on environmental health and safety, providing a framework for supervisors to engage employees in identifying potential hazards and eliminating them in conjunction with their training and knowledge in OSHA and EPA regulations. This program teaches supervisors a method to analyze the chain of events leading to accidents and hazardous situations to identify root causes to "break the chain" of workplace incidents.

Job Instruction Training (JI)
JI teaches how to effectively breakdown a job and deliver instruction for individual tasks. Developing and delivering training in this structured fashion fosters the conditions for process stability.

Benefits experienced when practicing Job Instruction are reduced training time, less scrap and rework, fewer accidents and increased job satisfaction.

TWI Train the Trainer Job Instruction (JI)

**Pre-requisite must have taken TWI JI 10 hour version**

Trainer Certification (40-Hour Train-the-Trainer Programs) “The One Best Way” - One of the key tenets of Lean is building standard work.  This 40-hour TWI Certified Trainer Program allows participants to become a Certified Trainer for TWI Job Instruction training.  Upon completion, participants will be able to confidently and skillfully deliver the 10-hour JI program utilizing the proven methods of the Training Within Industry standards.
