Handmade Pasta Making!
Come learn all about hand-made pasta.
Thursday, December 9th, 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
In this hands-on class students will each make a variety of pasta from scratch along with some classic Italian sauces. Alfredo, marinara and pesto sauces will all be explored as well as pastas such as ravioli, linguini, and fettuccine. Flavored pastas such as spinach and black pepper will also be explored.
Come hungry and ready for a meal of handmade pasta!
