It's a crazy busy time of the semester. Come whine about what's stressing you out, eat some cheese, and make stress balls. You will also be able to learn about what resources NTC has to offer that can help you maintain your emotional wellness and mental health.

If you plan to attend online, all you need to have ready at home are some balloons, cornstarch, and water to make your stress ball. If you have those materials, you can follow along with us as we make them in The Den on Wausau campus.
