Do You Brunch?

This demonstration class will include all your brunch favorites and how to create them. Watch the Chef create classics such as eggs benedict with hollandaise and luscious Belgian style waffles along with a fresh fruit tart, indulgent cheddar baked mac and cheese and a sweet potato hash. Tips on how to serve brunch to your guests along with recipes and plentiful tastes will be included.
