The legalization and decriminalization of drugs across America introduces new challenges to the organizational environment. Possessing the ability to recognize drug-induced behavior has never been more important. Even greater effort should be focused how to deal with the individual exhibiting such behavior. Keeping yourself, your co-workers, and your clients and customers safe is the focus of this informative educational session. Great emphasis will be made on identifying signs and symptoms of drug use. Drug testing programs and policy will also be discussed. Drug use and abuse are often the precursors to workplace violence. Early problem identification is directly proportional to safer work environments.
