NTC is excited to host a brand new event this year around our Wood Science Program! Sign up for Wood Discovery Wednesdays, a two hour time slot where you can bring students to campus to learn more about the program. During their time on campus, students will experience NTC’s state-of-the-art Wood Technology Center of Excellence and will be able to:

• Gain an appreciation for what makes WOOD such a unique natural material.
• Learn why the forest products industry is important and why students are needed in this field.
• Explore different areas of the industry that interest you and how our programs can connect you to a rewarding career.
• Practice skill competitions for the Wood Olympics being held in the spring semester.
• Tour the Wood Technology Center of Excellence

*Please note that groups are limited to 45 students. If you have a group that will exceed this number, please contact Karissa Zastrow (zastrowk@ntc.edu) to discuss.
