Meet The Instructor
Kelly Hirn is the Founder and CEO of Kelly Hirn-Transitional Leadership, a leadership coaching and training organization to help individuals and businesses transition to the next level of leadership to foster a greater impact. Kelly has over 20 years of experience leading leaders through a variety of industries both in businesses and non-profits. She coaches C-suite executives to influence and motivate through every level of the organization and trains leaders in the foundations of leader development. Leveraging her industrial/organizational psychology degree and certifications, along with her experiences and that of her client's, she's maintained the ability to apply time tested leadership principles with current needs and challenges in the marketplace.
