We have transitioned over to Microsoft Office 365 as our new email tool. Office 365 will also give you the added benefit of access to the Microsoft Office Suite to use online or to install on your personal computer.
Your old email account will be deactivated at the end of the fall semester and will not be forwarded to your new account (read more details about the transition).
Your new email address will use the @students.ntc.edu subdomain. Please log in to myNTC to find your new email address.
You can log in with your new email address or Student ID Number (such as 150054545), and the same password you use to log in to Blackboard and NTC computers.
Because your Office 365 email address will use the @students.ntc.edu domain, if you created any accounts on the web or signed up for any mailing lists on your old @ntc.edu account, then you will need to transition those accounts from that account to your new @students.ntc.edu account. This is because you will lose access to your Lotus Notes address after the fall semester.
Your old email will not be forwarded to your new email account. You will have access to your Lotus Notes email until the end of fall semester to allow you to individually forward over the emails you wish to keep.
Once you are logged in to Office 365, there is a button on the top left (looks like a 3×3 grid of squares or “waffle”) that will give you access to the Office Suite.
Yes you can. Once you have filled out our mobile agreement form, you will be redirected to the instructions on how to set up email on your phone and remove Lotus Notes from your phone if you have it on it.
