Rules and regulations

Owners/operators and employees of the food and beverage industry understand the importance of responsible beverage service. This course is specifically designed to give you the information needed to be successful in this industry and is available at all NTC campus locations as well as online. A certificate is awarded upon satisfactory completion of the course. The course fulfills Wisconsin Statutes Section Beverage 125.17(6), which requires new applicants, bartenders and operators to complete training before a license is issued. Training remains valid as determined by the municipality or township in which you are being licensed; for specific requirements, check with your local clerk or certifying official.

Server training (Where does this fit in? Is this a course or an extra class?) If this is in addition to what you learn for Rules and Regulations, maybe a catchy title like, "Additiona Training", and a brief explanation of what Server Training provides the student with for a job skill.
