(WAUSAU, Wis.) – Districts Mutual Insurance (DMI), a Municipal Mutual insurance company serving the sixteen (16) Wisconsin Technical Colleges, made a donation of $80,000 to those Colleges at its April quarterly meeting. Each College was presented a check for their Foundation in the amount of $5,000; designated as an unrestricted funds donation. (WAUSAU, Wis.) – Nursing students at Northcentral Technical College (NTC) have a new transfer option to continue their education at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point (UWSP). NTC and UWSP are pleased to announce a seamless articulation agreement that allows graduates from NTC’s Nursing Associate Degree to transfer the credits they earned to UWSP’s School of Health Care Professions, Nursing major.
This “2 + 2” agreement allow students to complete their first two years of college at NTC and then transfer to UWSP at junior status to complete their remaining two years of a bachelor’s degree program.
