Students may be granted credit for prior learning experiences in life and work, as well as educational experiences. In addition to the form below, students applying for life or work experience credit may be required to submit written documentation such as a portfolio, resume, job description, letter from employer, proof of licensure, etc. which would contain evidence that course competencies can be met.
Please contact the Student Records Office firstname.lastname@example.org for more information. A referral will be made to the appropriate program division for evaluation. If prior learning or experience is approved for credit, a 25 percent of tuition charge per credit is owed for the credit evaluation.
Please note a student is not eligible for credit through life and work experience if they have attempted the course during a previous term.
