Navigating the financial aid process on your own can be difficult, but we can offer you the help you need. Every student who is planning to attend college next year needs to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if they want to be considered for grants and loans.
College Goal Wisconsin
We’re proud to host College Goal Wisconsin events each year, which provide free, on-site professional assistance for completing your FAFSA. Those who attend and file a FAFSA will receive an entry into a drawing to win a scholarship.
At these events, we walk you through the application process in a step-by-step manner to ensure you’re filling out the form correctly.
In addition to College Goal Wisconsin events, we periodically host additional financial aid informational sessions that provide you with valuable information about ways you can fund your education.

Contact Financial Aid
Financial Aid Specialists are available to assist you with the completion of your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), through in-person appointments, walk-ins, or virtual appointments.
The Financial Aid Office at NTC is ready to assist you with your Financial Aid questions during the following times:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday*: 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
*beginning June 7th, 2024 and running through July 26th 2024, the Financial Aid Office will close at 12pm (noon). Regular hours will resume August 2nd, 2024.
Current NTC Students are able to schedule an in-person, or a virtual Financial Aid Appointment through Starfish.
New Students that prefer to schedule an in-person or a virtual appointment should contact the Financial Aid Office at financialaid@ntc.edu or call 715.803.1647.
